Exchange & Return Policy

At Layl Jewellery, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality jewelry. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide an exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges must be requested on the same day you receive your order.

  • To request an exchange, email info@layljewellery.com with your order number (found in your order confirmation email).

    • Place the item securely in its original packaging

    • Include your proof of purchase and the exchange form provided

      Once your request is approved.

       

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and any applicable taxes.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Engraved, customized, personalized, or special orders cannot be exchanged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, defective, or damaged upon receipt, you may return it for a replacement within 14 calendar days (2 weeks) of receiving your order.
Please contact layljewellery@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange the return process.

Cancellation Policy

We only accept order cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order.
If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@layljewellery.com to process your cancellation.
